He worked in IT for many years and has a Master's Degree in Computer Science. But now Tom and his wife Teresa are immersed in the wine world. He started his wine trek making wine at home with everything from Apricots to Tomatoes. Along the way he wanted to know more details on how it worked so he attended Yavapai College and received a degree in Enology and Viticulture. He worked at the College processing the fruit with the students and pouring wine in the Southwest Wine Center. He also was the winemaker for a time at an Urban Winery in Scottsdale. He then spent many years further learning the trade, working at a custom crush facility in Elgin with James Callahan. Now Teresa and Tom have embarked on creating delicious wines for our customers to enjoy at the future Omphalos Winery in Willcox. Hailing from Richmond, Virginia, Dr. Tobias Keene brings a bit of unabashed Southern hospitality to all his patients. He moved to Washington, D.C. over thirty years ago as a freshman at Ivy College. Right after graduation, he attended World University’s School of Dentistry. Before opening Keene Dental in 1994, he worked for free clinics and some of the finest practices in the District. He is part of the 123 Dental Association and stays up-to-date on the latest dental discoveries.
