The ancient Greeks believed the Earth’s epicenter was found at the merging point of two soaring eagles, dispatched by Zeus from opposite ends of the world. There, the sacred Omphalos Stone was laid to mark
the center of all things.
At Omphalos Winery, we celebrate the convergence of expertise and artistry in crafting extraordinary wine from the finest Arizonian grapes. Ours wine is made to savor ─ and to embrace the passion that lies at the center of life itself.

Malvasia Bianca 2021 – Bottle $27
A bouquet of honeysuckle, green apple, and jasmine with flavors of citrus, apricot, melon, and honeysuckle with hints of butter scotch.
Aglaé Rose – Bottle $24
Aglaé provides scents of violets and citrus, and wisps of vanilla butter, orange, jasmine, toffee, and caramel on the palette.
Malbec 2019 – Bottle $30
Wonderful aromas of blackberry and strawberry with flavors of dark cherry, plum, cocoa, and white pepper.
Mourvédre 2020 – Bottle $30
On the nose is a symphony of cherries, violets, toasted marshmallows, and blueberries, with flavors of plums, cherries, coffee, and blackberries.
Triplet 2020 – Bottle $30
This Triplet blend of Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre provides aromas of ripe fruit and herbs, with the essence of cherries and raspberries on the palate.
Syrah 2019 – Bottle $35
With fragrances of spice, blackberry, blueberry, and a hint of cocoa, and then enjoy the tastes of red and black fruits, and a little smoke and pepper.
Petite Sirah 2019 – Bottle $35
On the nose are scents of blackberry jam and black pepper followed with flavors of plums dark-berried fruits.
